SPEAKERS Alana Anderson (Chair) President, Bermuda National Trust Alana Anderson has been the president of the Bermuda National Trust since June 2017. Currently employed as an Assistant Vice President and Associate Underwriter in Hamilton, Mrs. Anderson has had a deep interest in the environment and Bermuda’s heritage and culture since childhood. Find out more about Bermuda National Trust Bishnu Tulsie Director, Saint Lucia National Trust Bishnu Tulsie has worked at the Saint Lucia National Trust since 2004, having started his professional career as a science teacher in his native Guyana. He has worked as a consultant for UN bodies, the EU and the Institute for Sustainable Development on climate change and sustainable development in the Caribbean. Find out more about St Lucia National Trust Ingrid Henrys Program Director, Haiti National Trust Ingrid Henrys is Program Director for the Société Audubon Haïti/Haiti National Trust, which manages the the Grand Bois National Natural Park in Haiti. Ms Henrys has master’s degrees in international Agro-Development Engineering and Tropical Biodiversity and Conservation. She is currently completing a Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design with the International Permaculture University of Argentina. She was the head of the national sanitation department in Haiti, before having experiences with international NGOs in the agricultural and environmental sector. In partnership with the Victoria and Albert Museum’s Culture in Crisis programme and the Indonesian Heritage Trust we hosted a two-part interactive event, exploring the Asian heritage sector’s response to urban development in the wake of COVID-19.
