    The One Planet network formed to implement the 10 Year Framework of Programmes on
    Sustainable Consumption and Production (10YFP).


    The One Planet network had a significant presence at the High Level Political Forum 2018, organising and participating in several events and securing high-level political support at the official review of SDG 12 and other events.

    The HLPF 2018 Ministerial Declaration, is now available online! Paragraph #26 directly references the One Planet network and the important work we are doing as implementers of SDG 12! You can read it here
    Camp One Planet, the One Planet network’s exhibition was on display at UN Headquarters for the entire duration of HLPF. The exhibition welcomed over 3,300 visitors, including several ministers and senior officials from the UN, NGOs and the business sector. The Camp provided the public with an interactive and engaging experience, with six original 360 degree videos of SCP projects from around the world, multimedia displays of curated highlights from the network over the last five years and a customised photo booth.     Are you interested in presenting your Food Loss and Waste initiative and partner with other organizations? The SFS Programme is launching a call for proposals to organizations interested in making a presentation at a webinar on ‘Promoting Partnerships and Synergies for Food Loss and Waste Reduction’. The webinar will be conducted in two sessions, one in English and one in Spanish, on the 20th of September 2018. The SFS Programme welcomes expressions of interest from organisations whose food loss and waste (FLW) activities are open to collaboration with other actors.  These organisations could be government agencies, civil society organizations, scientific and technical organizations, UN agencies and other intergovernmental organizations, or private sector companies. SFS Programme members, partners of the One Planet (10YFP) network, as well as external partners are invited to apply. Please click here for more information in English and Spanish.
