The overall goal of this webinar was to build capacity for volunteering amongst the INTO membership.  We started with the following questions:

• What percentage of your workforce is voluntary?
• How are volunteers recruited and trained?
• Do you have the volunteers they need or are you planning to grow?
• Do you have a long-term strategy?

Then we explored common problems and offers of solutions, based on the experience of all our INTO members.

The discussion was led by Shila Brown, previously National Volunteering and Community Involvement Manager with the National Trust for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
